At Whitegates we pride ourselves on being able to provide comprehensive short and long-term packages, carefully designed to meet the needs of each individual.
On duty 24 hours a day, our dedicated multi-disciplined team provides high quality care appropriate to individual needs. Our key focus is to provide a safe, homely and supported environment with a positive person centred approach.
We maintain a culture of total quality. Our staff are highly qualified and we believe that continual training and support plays a major role in guaranteeing that our high standards are maintained.
Prior to admission to Whitegates a ‘pre-admission’ assessment is undertaken. This assessment enables our Home Manager to evaluate a person's needs, to form the basis of their individualised care plan. In order to support the needs of each individual resident, care plans are developed alongside the resident and additionally family can be involved if the resident so wishes.
Care plans are regularly reviewed, to ensure that appropriate care is delivered at all times. Every care plan is developed to address each person’s holistic needs. These needs can range from health, spiritual, occupational, physical and day-to-day living, to ensure that a resident’s total needs are supported throughout their stay with us.
