The Care

We provide every aspect of the care you would wish your relatives to receive in their own home, available at all times.

Care staff are available 24 hours a day to assist those in need. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with handling aids available if required.

All rooms have television, telephone, intercom and nurse call systems. The modern office also contains a small dispensary for day-to-day medications. Computerised record keeping makes the administration of Whitegates as efficient as possible.

More like a country hotel than a retirement home

A statement that sums up the care and comfort which we provide. We maintain the spirit of these words by ensuring that residents receive professional and personal care, with good service, in a country house setting. Elderly gentlefolk are also assured of companionship and respect for individual privacy as desired, while also receiving high quality cuisine and catering for special diets.

Because we wish all our residents to feel at home, we try to make every corner of the Home as pleasant and full of colour as we possibly can.
